Whilst England was trying to stop the American Revolution , this early Georgian sterling silver  tea pot was being used to serve tea..

The bright cut engraving on the can shaped tea pot was used to enrich the classic style .

There is the initial A and L intertwined in the reserve.. The original finial is carved ivory.
