A fine large can shaped hexagonal English sterling silver tea pot dating from the 1880’s – perfect for serving tea at the end of a dinner
The straight sides are decorated with bright cut engraving and the letter J has been engraved in Lombardic script.
The finial is carved ivory. Fine beading decorated the shoulders and base
Crafted for the Goldsmiths and Silversmiths company the tea pot is a good weight and in excellent condition
