A Victorian  set of twelve pairs of English sterling silver eaters with carved mother of pearl handles in the original box

The chasing on the blades of the knives and the tynes of the forks, in the form of cornucopias,  is still very crisp.

The carved handles are engraved with a monogram which is repeated on the reserve on the lid of the wooden box  .

The collars of the set are worked in the style of the period.
