A late Victorian four piece English silver tea and coffee set in the Art Nouveau style.
The style is shown in the swirling patterns on the bodies of the four pieces, in the shaped handles – in ebony for the tea and coffee pots, in silver for the cream and sugar and also in the feet.
A very heavy set ,weighing over 63 ounces, it is difficult to find a proper coffee pot- usually the fourth piece is actually a hot jug.
