ENGLISH SILVER ART DECO TEA POT

An English silver Art Deco tea pot – totally in the period

This tea pot has the clean angled lines and bakelite finial and handle – just discovered in the early 1900’s  and very much “a la mode ” in the 1930’s

A simple elegant lined detail around the shoulder of the pot and the base just add the extra

Note how the shape of the base follows the shape of the body of the pot.

This tea pot would fit a modern home to perfection but is almost 100 years old
