Description

A finely worked English silver bread basket

Made for Walker & Hall this hand crafted basket shows the work of a master.

The bread basket is in the typical curved boat shape.

The gadroon base is complimented by the pierced and engraved border .

This would have been used for bread rolls on a Victorian dining table but could now be used for muffins or cookies or even to hold baubles as a Christmas decoration
